Customer Service Officer – Toowomba
Protech are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for front counter and telephone customer service roles within the building industry.
About the Role
* Immediate start
* Training provided (industry specific)
* Attractive hourly rates/salary on offer
* Weekly wages – paid by Protech
* Monday – Friday 38 hours per week
* Ongoing casual 38 hours per week, with opportunity to transition to permanent with our client
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Service
* Customer Accounts Management
* Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a positive manner
* Working on internal computer database systems, Microsoft Office, and accounting systems
* Processing payments, managing accounts, and purchase orders
* Responding to emails and product inquiries
Experience Required
* Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative
* Competent with computer systems
* Experience with purchase orders and managing accounts
* Strong customer service focus
* Open C Class Licence (must have)
