The Lead Belt Maintenance Specialist plays a critical role in the safe and efficient operation of conveyor belt systems at our Pilbara-based facilities. This leadership position is ideal for individuals with experience in plant maintenance, particularly those skilled in belt splicing and conveyor maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a team of Fixed Plant Belt Maintenance personnel
* Organise and manage the execution of Fixed Plant Belt Maintenance work performed
