About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated professional to assist customers with recycling materials, maintain a safe and tidy site, and ensure responsible disposal of waste.
* Support customers in safely unloading and recycling materials
* Organize items for reuse, recycling, or proper disposal
* Inspect loads and guide drivers to designated areas
* Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Essential Requirements
* A passion for recycling and sustainability is essential
* Demonstrated commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities
* Flexibility for various shifts, including weekends and weekdays
* Holds a valid licence and reliable transportation
* Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting tasks
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Willngness to obtain required certifications (Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Police Check)
