We’re seeking an experienced leader to strengthen First Nations partnerships and embed culturally grounded governance across our organisation.
In this senior role, you’ll steward relationships with First Nations alumni, leaders and communities, lead a significant First Nations governance initiative, and manage major government and statutory funding partnerships. Your work will directly influence leadership program design, learning experiences and organisational decision‑making.
What you’ll do
* Lead trusted, long‑term partnerships with First Nations alumni, Elders and communities across regional and remote Australia
* Design and implement a First Nations governance structure that strengthens cultural authority and organisational accountability
* Manage major government and statutory funding partnerships, ensuring strong delivery, reporting and outcomes
* Translate governance and partnership outcomes into high‑quality leadership learning experiences
* Lead complex, multi‑year projects in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
* Drive culturally appropriate evaluation and learning to inform continuous improvement
