About the Role:
* Develop and implement strategies to drive Front Office performance, ensuring seamless guest check-ins, room assignments, and luggage handling.
* Supervise and motivate a high-performing team of front desk staff, including setting clear goals, providing coaching, and recognizing achievements.
* Maintain accurate records, respond promptly to guest inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently, upholding the highest standards of hospitality and customer service.
* Collaborate closely with other departments, such as Housekeeping and Engineering, to ensure consistent quality and timely execution of tasks.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within the Front Office department of a luxury hotel or related establishment.
* Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field preferred.
* Possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
* Familiarity with property management systems and technology platforms used in luxury hotels is essential.
