We are seeking a highly organised, experienced and reliable professional to manage finance and office administration functions at our car part manufacturing factory in Pakenham.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurate recording of financial transactions, including invoicing, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
* Managing banking activities, cash flow requirements, and reconciliations
* Processing payroll and maintaining up-to-date financial records and documentation
* Reconciling bank statements and supporting month-end processes
* Regularly liaising with external accountants
* Maintaining and improving finance and office administration procedures
* General office management and administration duties
* Providing ad-hoc administrative, operational, and project support as required
About You
* Experienced with accounting software ZERO
* Professional bookkeeping experience in a similar industry
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and dependable
* Confident in managing multiple priorities and deadlines
* Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating with key stakeholders
* Professional, discreet, and trustworthy
