Hunter New England Mental Health Service is seeking applications from suitability qualified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists to join an established and supportive team.
About the role:
The role is 0.6 FTE at the CAMHS inpatient unit (Nexus) and 0.2 FTE at Safeguard CAMHS, providing assessment and management of young people presenting to both services. Responsibilities include supporting clinical governance with co-leadership, supervising junior medical staff (Registrars, RMOs, JMOs), and managing mental health presentations across all ages when on call.

* Annual TESL allowance - TESL is an entitlement to paid leave for the purposes of training, education and study for Staff Specialists. Up to 25 days per year (5 weeks) for full-time staff, pro-rata for part-time.
