The Role As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will bring passion and experience from working in medium to large Modern, European or Mediterranean-style restaurants. You will apply your knowledge and deliver superior customer service to the local community, while coordinating daily operations and special events. Your industry background will shine through your strong product knowledge across both food and beverage, allowing you to collaborate with the Head Chef and Executive Leadership Team to create memorable dining experiences that keep locals returning. You will be involved in training new staff, leading and managing the team day-to-day, and adhering to budgets while meeting sales targets by maximising booking and dining spaces. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing general daily operations, opening and closing the venue, ensuring compliance with WHS and licensing requirements, and assisting the manager with stock control-including ordering, rotation, creation, and delivery. All of this will be done while ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction, strong community engagement, and continued business growth. Skills and Experience You will be required to bring the following skills and attributes to the table: Relevant Qualifications in Hospitality including RSA / RMLV / Approved Manager Minimum 3 years of proven experience in running Restaurants of similar nature Experience in Modern Dining / Cocktails / Wine / Beer Able to use and manage P.O.S / Rostering and have good administration skills Dynamic & positive energy, a hands-on leader Benefits and Culture The successful candidate will be joining a company that is renowned for Hospitality and for creating memorable dining experiences.
