Project Commissioning Manager Role

The successful candidate will oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, fire, and BMCS systems across multidisciplinary projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare comprehensive commissioning plans, including documentation of processes and procedures for managing commissioning activities.
* Review design intent and advise on commissioning requirements, ensuring seamless integration with project goals.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, design teams, contractors, and other key parties.
* Manage project timelines, costs, and workload efficiently.
* Assist in business development activities and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Requirements:
* A relevant tertiary qualification in a related field (e.g., engineering, construction management).
* Proven experience in delivering complex construction projects through various stages, from commissioning to acceptance.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to exercise initiative and high-level judgment, working independently to meet objectives.
* Understanding of relevant codes, guidelines, and industry standards, including CIBSE Commissioning Codes, BSRIA Application Guides, ASHRAE Guidelines, and Green Star credit points.
