About the Role
You'll take ownership of a walk-up, fully functioning and profitable recruitment portfolio, managing a mix of:
* Permanent placements
* 3–6-12 month contract roles
You'll work closely with an existing client base while also having the opportunity to grow new business with strong internal support.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment: job briefs, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and placements
* Maintain and grow relationships with an established existing client portfolio
* Deliver both permanent and contract recruitment solutions
* Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates
* Build talent pipelines and manage candidate care
* Identify opportunities to expand accounts and increase revenue
