The Opportunity
This isn't just another job—it's your chance to be part of something extraordinary. We are seeking a Full Time Restaurant Manager to join us on our journey. You will:
* Manage day-to-day operations across venues, including staff performance, guest service standards, and product quality;
* Ensure effective financial management, controlling costs (food, labour) to meet sales budgets and profit targets;
* Lead people practices including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, development, and offboarding;
* Develop team members' product knowledge and role capabilities to exceed Belongil Group's business objectives;

About You
We seek individuals who see hospitality as a calling, not just a career. The right people will have:
* Proven leadership and people management skills, leading by example with integrity and professionalism;
* Strong financial acumen including budgeting, labour cost control, and profit management;
* Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate diverse teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences;
* In-depth understanding of hospitality compliance requirements, including WHS, Food Safety, and liquor licensing regulations;
* Proficiency with venue management systems such as POS, rostering, inventory, and reservation platforms.
