We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to join our team and manage sales for iconic food and beverage brands in the Toowoomba area. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets and growing relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
* Nourish and build lasting relationships with customers through maximised sales.
* Achieve profit growth targets via best-in-class availability across our range of products.
* Develop and ensure compliance of promotional programs across our customers.
* Drive fridge utilisation and location management of fridges in store.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities.
Requirements:
* Proven sales experience with a high level of customer service.
* Independent grocery channel knowledge is highly regarded but not essential.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
* Open to trying new strategies while challenging current ways of thinking.
* Display high levels of teamwork and resilience to overcome sales challenges.
