About J.I.M (Joy in Movement)
Australia's first fully automated infrared fitness franchise, growing and scaling locations across Australia and just commencing our international expansion. We're bringing a revolutionary fitness experience to communities across Australia.

The Role
We're looking for an experienced phone-based sales professional to drive membership sales across our growing network of franchise locations. This is a full-time, in-house role working alongside our other supporting partners to deliver exceptional results for our franchise network.

Primary Responsibilities

Membership Sales & Prospecting (80%)

* Conduct outbound sales calls to prospects across multiple J.I.M locations
* Convert VIP lists and leads into Foundation Memberships and ongoing memberships
* Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to membership sign-up
* Handle inbound enquiries and follow-ups across our franchise network
* Support location launches with intensive prospecting and sales campaigns
* Build and maintain strong prospect relationships over the phone

CRM & Systems Management

* Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
* Track sales activity, conversion rates, and pipeline across locations
* Develop and refine sales scripts, email sequences, and follow-up processes
* Create systematic approaches to lead nurturing and conversion

Franchise Business Development Support (20%)

* Assist with prospective franchisee outreach and initial conversations
* Support the franchise sales pipeline with lead qualification
* Coordinate with the growth team on franchise territory opportunities

Essential Experience

* Proven track record in phone-based sales (minimum 2 years)
* Previous experience selling fitness, wellness, or membership-based products/services
* Strong CRM proficiency (experience with major CRM platforms)
* Demonstrated ability to hit and exceed sales targets
* Experience managing sales activity across multiple locations/accounts

* High conversion rates from prospect to member
* Clean CRM data and systematic follow-up processes
* Positive prospect experiences that reflect our brand values
* Smooth support of pre-launch and launch campaigns
