Quality and Compliance Manager Nursing - Aged Care (Healthcare & Medical) $130,000 super salary sacrificing & perks Full time An opportunity exists for a Quality and Compliance leader to provide oversight within the clinical governance team with a leading Residential Aged Care facility - NSW & ACT. Key Responsibilities Provide expert advice to Residential and Home Care Managers Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures Monitor and report on quality indicators and audit results across services Support teams with incident investigations and risk mitigation Review self-assessments, address gaps, and support policy implementation Educate and guide staff on regulatory and quality standards Develop reports and resources that promote best practice care Collaborate with education teams to support staff development and compliance Promote a culture of openness, accountability, and continuous improvement Motivate teams to maintain excellence in clinical care and safety standards What You'll Bring 3 years' management experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting Proven record in leading quality and compliance initiatives, including audits and data analysis Experience implementing regulatory requirements and supporting accreditation outcomes Skilled in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective actions Experience delivering staff training on quality systems, compliance, and best practice care Involvement in practice change and improvement projects across multiple facilities Strong ability to guide and support managers and staff in clinical governance and quality care Previous experience in a dedicated Quality Management role Qualifications and Requirements Current unrestricted RN AHPRA registration Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent Satisfactory National police check Valid Australian working rights What's on Offer Competitive wages - $130,000 super Salary packaging up to $18,900 per FBT year Comprehensive orientation and induction program Retail discounts and fitness passport Discounted private health insurance Employee Assistance and Reward & Recognition Program Who is Conexson?
