About the Role
As a Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will:
* Sell new and used vehicles
* Manage inbound enquiries and dealership walk-ins
* Follow up leads and maintain CRM activity
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences from first contact to handover
* Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
* Build long-term customer relationships and repeat business
You will be supported by experienced Sales Managers and a structured onboarding program.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
* Target-driven and motivated by commission earnings
* Confident building rapport with customers
* Energetic, competitive, and self-motivated
* Organised with strong follow-up discipline
* Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
* Holder of a full manual driver's licence
* Clean driving record
Experience considered from:
* Retail sales
* Hospitality
* Direct sales (furniture, electronics, whitegoods, etc.)
* Automotive sales (highly regarded)
