The role:
Bridge the gap between the broad CIAM program and specialist projects involving identity verification, authentication, and customer data. You will lead a data‐led approach to process improvement, developing reporting and controls to monitor the customer identity lifecycle.
What you'll be doing:
* Map business requirements and lead the delivery of key priority initiatives, including end‐to‐end reporting for identity and authentication processes.
* Produce project‐level analysis, such as business requirements, scope matrices, use cases, and UAT plans for high‐risk projects.
* Maintain a CIAM risk register to ensure identity risk and compliance issues remain visible to senior leadership.
Desired Skills and Experiences:
* 5+ years' background in business analytics, with experience designing and developing data integration and visualisation solutions.
* Proficiency in MS Project, MS Visio, and MS Excel, with strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
