About the opportunity
This permanent Office Administrator position is currently based in Balcatta and will report directly to the Operations Manager. The role offers full‐time hours, working either 8:30am – 4:30pm or 9:00am – 5:00pm, with the business planning a move to new premises in Subiaco later this year. You will be responsible for supporting the day‐to‐day operations of the office, coordinating team activities, managing visitor interactions and assisting with investor meeting preparation. Over time, you will become a key point of contact within the business, supporting staff, investors and visitors while helping maintain operational processes and service standards as the company continues to grow. To be successful in the position, you will be confident working autonomously, managing competing priorities and ensuring office operations run efficiently.
Key responsibilities
* Complete administrative tasks within required timeframes and maintain accuracy with minimal rework.
* Prepare meeting rooms, organise catering and coordinate visitor arrangements.
* Support the Operations Manager with records management, documentation and follow‐up actions.
* Maintain office supplies, equipment, courier bookings and general staff services.
* Coordinate onboarding processes, staff events and day‐to‐day office requirements.
* Manage office priorities and support the smooth operation of daily workflows.
* Communicate with visitors, investors and internal staff in a professional manner.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and accuracy.
* Maintain and update documents using SharePoint, OneDrive or similar systems.
About you
You will be an organised administrator who can manage priorities, support a busy office environment and communicate professionally with people at all levels. Previous experience within administration, office coordination or team support will be highly regarded, regardless of industry background. Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence using document management systems, scheduling tools or CRM platforms will be beneficial.
