Hertz started as a 12 car operation in Chicago in 1918, and has since grown into the world's leading car rental company with offices in 150 countries around the world. The company's success is testament to the calibre of people it employs – and we're looking for an experienced, dynamic and motivated Customer Service Representative to help our valued customers with their transportation needs.

Sapphire Coast Autos has locations from Nowra, Batemans Bay, Moruya Airport, Merimbula Airport & Cooma.

What is this role all about?

We require a motivated Customer Service Representative to work at our South Nowra location on a fulltime basis.

The role is responsible for:

* Creating a pleasant customer experience by greeting and engaging our valued customers
* Completing rental and return transactions accurately
* Providing information regarding the rental & the services we offer
* Selling Hertz rental options to our valued customers
* Resolving complaints and ensure overall customer satisfaction
* Being involved in reservations of rental vehicles and the associated requirements
* Assist as required with cleaning vehicles to a high standard
* Being able to work as part of a high performing team
* Assist in fleet preparation, including cleaning of vehicles when required

What do we need from you?

To be successful in this position, our new Nowra team member will be able to demonstrate the following:

* Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and have a flair for sales.
* Previous experience in the rental field, or retail and sales field.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* The ability to monitor and organise the vehicle fleet on a daily basis.
* Sound keyboard skills essential.
* Use of carsplus computer system ideal but not essential, use of word, excel & email.
* A flexible approach to working hours, and availability to work anywhere up to a 76 hours per fortnight - including weekends.
* You must hold a full and current driver's license and have a clean driving record.
* You must either hold or obtain a satisfactory police history check.
