The Role
Full oversight and management of general Facilities Management duties and responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise internal maintenance teams, maximizing efficiency through effective scheduling and allocations
Excellent eye for detail is required to ensure the building is kept presentable and in line with owner standards
Engage and effectively liaise with clients, tenants, and stakeholders to establish and maintain strong relationships that foster trust and a sense of community
Ensure compliance with WHS & Environmental regulations, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment
About you
Demonstrated experience as a Facilities Manager for a-grade building
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactive mindset
Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in Microsoft office
Ability to build strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders
Be well-presented and able to communicate effectively
