Our client is a leading organisation in the insurance sector, dedicated to delivering efficient and customer-focused claims management services. With a strong presence in Brisbane, they are expanding their teams to meet growing demand for both property and motor claims. Your New Role

As a Claims Management Officer, you will be responsible for handling claims from start to finish, ensuring customers receive clear communication and effective resolutions. You will join either the motor claims team, which is fully office-based, or the property claims team, which transitions to hybrid work after training.

- Managing claims end-to-end, from lodgement through to resolution
- Triaging cases and supporting cost recovery processes
- Making referral decisions and processing claims efficiently
- Delivering accurate and timely outcomes while maintaining a high level of customer service

What You’ll Need to Succeed

- Previous experience in customer service or claims management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to show empathy and professionalism
- Confidence in working independently as well as within a team environment
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-volume workload
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning current systems

What You’ll Get in Return

- Hourly rate of $37.12/hr + Super
- 3 months possibility of extension
- Multiple roles x2 intake dates between 8th December and 10th of Dec
- Located Eight mile plains
- Rotating early and late starts (Weekdays: 8.5-hour shifts between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM & Weekends: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM availability required)
- Training consists of 6 weeks
- Parking on site!
