**As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the following**:
- Managing dispatch performance (working to daily targets)
- Managing team of 10 warehouse workers
- Run daily stand-up meetings with team
- Run pre-start checks
- Prioritisation of customer requests for deliveries
- Use of MS Outlook and company software
- Maintain tidiness of warehouse
- Some LF work where required
- General warehousing duties as required
**To be successful, you will possess the following**:
- Experience in a similar role
- Current LF license
- Strong people-skills
- Ability to manage conflict within a team
- Strong time management skills
- Good customer service
- Empathy and understanding for customers that may be sick and/or elderly
- Excellent organisation and tidiness
