We are looking to build our care team with a variety of experienced Support Workers who are able to work a minimum of 3 days per week across the Fleurieu Peninsula.

Areas We Service
We service a wide area including but not limited to Fleurieu Peninsula and Adelaide Hills.
Responsibilities
Provide a premium care experience to our clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalised
Assist clients with activities of daily living including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport and companionship
Deliver care in accordance with the client's care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly.
Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.
Work with a supportive and dynamic team overseen by a Care Designer (RN)
Ongoing training
Skills & Experience
Community / Home Care experience
A self-led leader with the ability to take responsibility for their own behavior & success.
Coachable
Must be able to speak and write in English.
Ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Designers when needed.
Drivers License and reliable car
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum Cert III in either Aged care, Community, Individual Support or Disability
National Police Check (Aged Care/ Vulnerable Persons Sector)
Working With Children Check
NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
