As our business continues to grow, we're seeking a Solar Experienced Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team! This is a full-time, office-based role supporting a busy operations team, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
We are looking for an full-time office based admin support person who knows what it takes to be the extension of a busy team.
The key responsibilities for the role are as follows:
* Answer & Direct incoming calls
* Contact customers to gather additional information as required
* Troubleshoot for customers over phone or via emails
* Review & Direct incoming email & support enquiries
* Enter data accurately into multiple systems
* Support Administration manager as required
To be considered for this role the following experience is required:
* Good knowledge of solar and home batteries
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
* A professional, reliable, and punctual work ethic
* Excellent phone manner and communication skills
* The ability to learn and understand basic solar and Battery concepts
* Strong multitasking skills and the ability to perform under pressure
* Have a friendly & outgoing personality and be a good team player
