This is a full-time role reporting to the Project Engineer, where you will be responsible for assisting the project management team with administration, planning and scheduling of daily project activities across the wider Northern New South Wales region.

Due to continued growth, SEE Group is looking for Site Engineers to join our Urban Development team on projects across the greater Northern New South Wales region, for projects between Tweed Heads and Lismore.
Reporting to the Project Engineer, you will be responsible for providing advice in the planning, coordination and supervision of technical aspects of our construction projects.Responsibilities will includeEnsuring effective programming and construction methodologies; Meeting project milestones and ensuring project compliance; Conducting quality assurance;Financial reporting and forecasting;Project administration; and Ensuring safe working conditions for staff and subcontractors.Essential Skills and AttributesBachelor of Engineering (Civil);Background in Engineering, Construction and Delivery processes and experience in actual project delivery;Proven management skills, practices and planning ability;Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks and maintaining focus on priorities;Highly effective skills in negotiating, evaluating and administering contracts, specifications, Australian standards;Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships;Computer literacy, particularly experience working with MS Excel and MS Project applications;Highly effective planning, organising and problem-solving skills together with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others; andHigh attention to detail.What's next?
