Your new role:
We're seeking an experienced, hands-on leader to support the day-to-day maintenance of our fleet at Boundary Hill. You'll play a key role in coordinating maintenance activities while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and overseeing the safe execution of maintenance tasks
* Coordinating daily maintenance activities with the crew
* Carrying out machine maintenance, including component change-outs, overhauls, diagnostics, general repairs, and preventative maintenance
* Completing PM servicing, daily refuelling, and equipment inspections
* Delivering planned repairs within agreed timeframes and budgets
* Maintaining a strong commitment to procedure-based preventative maintenance
What you'll need to succeed
* Demonstrated experience in a leading hand or step up position
* Trade qualification with post-trade experience in the mining industry
(Heavy Duty Diesel Fitter, Plant Mechanic, or LV Fitter/Mechanic)
* Proven experience working on heavy earthmoving equipment in a workshop environment
* A current Queensland Driver's Licence
* Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a safety-first mindset
