**The Role**:
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Managing customer requests for servicing, breakdowns and scheduled maintenance works
- Customer quotes, ordering parts and labour planning
- Coordinate the daily schedules for the National Team of Field Technicians
- Prioritise customer requests and allocate resources appropriately
- Providing regular and timely updates to customers on the status of our Technicians attending to their request
- Coordinate scheduled preventative servicing and maintenance
**About You**:
To be considered for this role you will have demonstrated experience in the following:
- Experience in a customer focused, scheduling or coordination role
- Basic understanding of mechanical, engineering, automotive or similar industry
- Strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritise and problem solving skills
- Professional communication skills with the ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with customers and technicians
- Exceptional professional business acumen
