As our Clinical Services Manager, you will:
Be the clinical lead in our Management Team, managing and overseeing a high standard of care provided by Belong at Home with weekend on call support.
Use your clinical experience in aged, related conditions, customer service and aged care management skills to make a mark on the community. In doing so, you'll help keep ageing Australians safe at home. Crucially, your contribution will help to maintain our leadership in quality homecare.
Work in collaboration with our (clinical) CEO and Operations Manager to develop and shape our service offerings. Critically, you'll ensure our services continue to be of the highest standards.
Influence and partner with our schedulers, clinical team and support staff with regular scheduling of clinical services.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislative and industry standards.
Proactively engage in continuous improvement across practice and service delivery with regular reporting and review of clinical indicators.
Have understanding and ownership of the AT-HM clinically related purchases including assistive technology, home modifications and restorative and end of life.
We are looking for someone with:
Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (essential)
Experience in aged care (essential), with knowledge of Home Care Packages (SaH), Commonwealth Home Support Program and Aged Care Quality Standards
A minimum of 3-5 years of aged care experience is required
Knowledge of and commitment to Clinical Governance (essential)
Management level clinical governance knowledge and experience is required
A minimum of 3-5 years of frontline management experience is required
The right to work in Australia with no restrictions (essential)
National Police Clearance (essential or ability to attain)
