Supernormal is looking for a talented Restaurant Manager to help drive our business, provide training and development for our teams, and lead our guest experience.
Be part of something truly special and unique - shaping the restaurant's culture and success in 2026 and beyond
Supernormal and neighbouring wine bar Bar Miette opened at 443 Queen Street on the banks of the Brisbane river in mid-2024 and have quickly gained local and international recognition. Supernormal's menu celebrates local produce and connects with Queensland's farmers, fishers and foragers, to offer contemporary Australian dishes influenced by time spent living, working and travelling in Hong Kong and Shanghai. Supernormal was named one of the Best New Restaurants in the World by Condé Nast Traveller's 2025 Hot List, and featured by Tourism Australia as one of the Top 25 Things to Do in Australia in 2025.
