Key Responsibilities:
* Optimize store performance and profitability with the support of the management team.
* Train employees to provide top-notch customer support, focusing on sales techniques and product features.
* Analyze sales results and develop innovative solutions to improve them.
* Schedule employees based on performance to manage payroll effectively.
* Communicate sales goals to the team to ensure success.
* Provide customers with a warm welcome, answering their questions and explaining products.
* Coordinate tasks with the management team to ensure seamless operations when they're not present.
Human Resources Management:
* Mobilize the team and create a positive work environment that fosters excellence and pride in being part of the organization.
* Bring the organization's vision, mission, and culture to life, sharing it with the team.
* Demonstrate leadership and act as an inspiring role model at all times.
* Build a high-performance team by recruiting, preparing, and training employees, and sourcing top candidates for various roles.
* Plan work schedules and share them with team members while managing absences/lateness.
* Participate in performance evaluations for the entire store team.
Marketing and Visual Presentation:
* Master knowledge of all products and their technical features.
* Create an attractive and inviting store based on planograms with the help of the team.
* Stay informed about market trends and competitors' activities.
* Help build a loyal customer base by showcasing the brand image and building relationships.
* Assist with planning incoming orders and setting up visual displays efficiently.
* Maintain the look and cleanliness of the store and backstore.
Administration:
* Analyze reports to optimize productivity and sales.
* Open and close the store.
* Manage controllable expenses efficiently.
* Respect and apply the policies and procedures of head office departments.
* Perform other duties where needed to support the team.
