Qualifications & experience 
- Experience in the Solar Industry highly preferred 
- Highly computer literate, able to learn current systems quickly 
- Comfortable working with lots of data across multiple platforms 
- Ability to handle multiple tasks for multiple customers at the same time 
Tasks & responsibilities 
- Be the face of the company, the first port of call with customers: help them with their queries, book appointments for new customers, and keep them updated with the status of their installation 
- Maintain complete customer records across all company systems 
- Complete all pre-approval and post-installation documentation as required by each Distributor 
- Process jobs through the Solar Victoria Portal 
- Manage suppliers (eg. contractors, electrical inspectors)
