About the role
The position of Sales Coordinator is primarily responsible for support our national team of Account Managers on a day to day basis.
Sales Coordinators require exceptional attention to detail, ability prioritise the work provided in a high paced work environment and the confidence to make decisions for the benefit of the company and respective Account Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key point of contact for customers and account manager
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Process sales orders within SLA’s as required to meet/exceed budgets for the national business
- Liaise with internal and external stake holders
- Proactively ensure backorders are under control and invoices regularly followed-up
- Monitor open orders and adjust as required
- Assist with the creation of products in the system
- Work collaboratively within the state and national teams
About you
- Experience working in administration / sales processing role
- Experience with Salesforce (highly beneficial)
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Confident, energetic, and self-motivated individual
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A high degree of accuracy in data entry and strong attention to detail
- A high level of numeracy skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Robust organisational skills and dedication to follow through
- A good knowledge of JB’s product range
