Financial Management Professional
We seek a skilled Financial Management Professional to oversee the overall finance function, including general ledger and balance sheet reviews.
Responsibilities
* Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
* Prepare financial statements, reports, and tax returns for internal and external stakeholders.
* Present management reports to boards of directors, senior management, and shareholders on a regular basis.
* Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.
* Perform due diligence on matters like business purchases, mergers, capital financing, suspected fraud, insolvency, and taxation.
* Manage relationships with key stakeholders and liaise with team leaders and directors as needed.
* Reconcile bank statements and general ledgers.
* Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
* Participate in internal and external auditing processes to maintain appropriate systems.
