The Role:
* You will oversee a portfolio of 160 quality residential properties, managing all aspects of property management.
* You will deliver top-tier service to a discerning client base, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
* You will maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing Work closely with support staff and directors, collaborating to ensure excellence in service delivery and to achieve the agency's high standards.
The Candidate:
* Previous experience in Property Management
* A current Real Estate License, along with a reliable car and valid driver's license
* Familiarity with end-to-end aspects of Property Management, including tribunal processes
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* A collaborative team player, ready to provide support when needed
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
* Ability to thrive in a close-knit team environment
