The Role:
We are currently searching for a Permanent full-time Registered Nurse to join our Community Hospital in the Home team. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years recent experience working in an acute hospital setting and be confident working autonomously.
Travel will be required for the role. You will have the opportunity to work with innovative medical and nursing professionals who see healthcare differently.
Support patients with early discharge support alongside major Public & Private Hospitals.
Deliver hospital substitution programs, post-acute care, and ambulatory infusion services.
Consolidated nursing and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and patient advocacy are essential.
To be part of this exciting program, you must be:
A Registered Nurse with skills in chronic & post-operative wound care, IV infusion, venepuncture, urinary catheterisation, respiratory assessment, skin graft & donor site management, and comprehensive care planning.
Problem-solving ability and initiative.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise.
Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
Current Drivers' Licence, reliable fully insured car, and your own computer/tablet, printer & phone.
Ability to work remotely/independently within a geographical region under supervision.
