Playa Mexican is located by the beach in Bokarina on the Sunshine Coast Region and we are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join in our team!

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring quality customer service and dining experience
* Assist in supervision, guidance and train staff, providing a positive and high-performing team culture
* Implement and maintain quality standards in service, food, and overall guest experience
* Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance the restaurant's presence and profitability
The roll-on offers a full-time availability which will have a salary reflective of your experience and is also on a flexible roster.
