As a seasoned professional in early childhood education, you will be responsible for leading and managing our centre, driving business growth, and refining your leadership skills.
* Develop and implement effective leadership strategies to inspire and motivate a team of early learning professionals.
* Foster meaningful relationships with children, families, and communities, embracing the profound impact of your role in their lives.
* Deliver high-quality educational programs developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice.
* Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement.
* Collaborate with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building attendance pipelines and maintaining a revenue-generating business.

Your Requirements:
* A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
* Experience with leading and managing change within education, health, or community services.
* Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
* Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
