5 STAR HOTEL - CLUSTER HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
ABOUT THE EXCITING ROLE
We are searching for an experienced and qualified HRM to join an award winning international luxury, boutique hotel group in Australia as their Regional Human Resource Manager. Reporting to the Group Director of People and Culture, you will be working with the senior regional team including the GM's managing regional HR Officer.
In this hands on role you will be working alongside your team and ensure high brand standards are maintained and roll out HR procedures and policies. In addition to HR Generalist responsibilities, including maintaining Hospitality HR policies and procedures; compliance, recruitment, WHS, mediation, industrial relations you will also have input in NEW HR strategy nationally.
**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**
- Experience in a Human Resource Manager within a traditional hotel/resort environment, regional/cluster experience is preferred
- Qualifications in Human Resource Management is essential
- Experience in Industrial Relations, WH&S, Hotel Award and EBA's
- Excellent communication skills
