About the Role
As the Retail Brand Manager of Concessions, reporting into the Head of Retail, you will oversee a network of 10 concession stores across Myer and David Jones, leading the execution of brand standards, sales performance, and customer experience initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with key department store managers and internal stakeholders to drive profitability and ensure a premium customer journey across every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve and exceed sales, productivity, and customer acquisition KPIs across multiple concession sites
* Coach and develop store teams, fostering a results-driven and customer-centric culture
* Manage visual merchandising, rostering, stock, and compliance in line with brand expectations
* Analyse performance data to influence business decisions and identify growth opportunities
* Support promotional activity, store openings, and succession planning across your portfolio
About You
* 3+ years in senior or multi-site retail management, preferably within fashion or apparel
* Proven experience delivering sales growth and operational excellence across multiple locations
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Financial acumen with a focus on labour control, stock, and KPI management
* Full driver's licence and flexibility for regular interstate travel
