Senior Release Planning Lead
You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day release planning activities and deadlines across various Sony Music labels, including audio and video releases in both digital and physical formats.
As the ANZ lead for the Release Planning team, you will collaborate with multiple label departments to ensure timely and accurate onboarding and delivery of releases worldwide. This involves working closely with A&R Administration, Marketing, Commercial/Sales, A&R, Business Affairs, Supply Chain, International, and Finance teams to manage the ingestion of Sony Music assets into our storage and delivery systems.
The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. You will also be expected to contribute to cross-team meetings, product planning, and strategy sessions, taking initiative to schedule and lead breakout meetings as necessary.
In addition to your core responsibilities, you will participate in system development, enhancement, and implementation meetings, as well as project management around the transformation of outdated local proprietary systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5-7 years of music industry experience required
* Major-label Release Planning/Project Management/Production experience a plus
* D2C experience highly regarded
* Highly organized, discreet, and detail-oriented individual
* Ability to execute seamlessly in stressful situations
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Sensitive to cultural differences
