* Maintain commitment to engaging with job seekers and employers to drive successful outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience within the Employment Services industry is highly advantageous.
* Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment.
* Proven success within target-driven environments.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills; coaching, mentoring, and case management experience are desirable.
* Problem-solving, goal-setting abilities, and a solid understanding of the local labour market and employment pathways.
* Organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative and IT tasks.
* Adaptability and resilience to navigate diverse needs of job seekers and employers.
Requirements
* A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory prior to commencement.
* Successful candidates must set up a myGovID to access Government data aligned to the role.
