Key Responsibilities
* Deliver civil and construction projects end-to-end, ensuring work is completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
* Lead and mentor on-site teams, maintaining strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
* Drive a culture of continuous improvement, safety excellence, and strong commercial performance.
* Support business development initiatives and identify future opportunities for NWMC.
* Provide leadership, technical support, and mentoring to Supervisors and site teams.
The successful candidate will have.
* Diploma or higher in Project Management (or significant practical experience).
* Minimum 8 years' experience in a similar senior project delivery role within construction/civils.
* Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
* Experience working in remote or regional project environments preferred.
