Maintenance/Engineering Manager Role

Our team is seeking a seasoned Maintenance/Engineering Manager to oversee the maintenance function at a large-scale, complex milling/mixing site.

* The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and managing preventative, corrective, and condition-based maintenance systems to ensure high plant availability.
* They must be able to effectively collaborate with external contractors and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

The Maintenance/Engineering Manager will be responsible for driving business outcomes through effective management of the maintenance function. This includes:

1. Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve plant reliability and efficiency.
2. Leading cross-functional teams to resolve maintenance-related issues and optimize process performance.
3. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

* A degree in Engineering, Industrial Trade or a related discipline.
* At least 10 years of industrial site maintenance experience.
* 5-10 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within maintenance management.
* Experience working in a Food Manufacturing environment is highly desirable.

* Strong technical skills, including intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency and SAP experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to negotiate and influence key stakeholders.
