The Role
We're looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Instructional Designer with a passion for thrivability to work with our friendly, dynamic team to inspire people around the world to make a better future.
As part of THRIVE, you will have the opportunity to:

Your efforts will enrich our learning and training development content, and help inspire people to create a thrivable future.
Main Responsibilities
* Design and develop engaging instructional materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, guides, and training assets.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex sustainability concepts into easy-to-understand learning content.
* Conduct needs assessments to identify learning objectives and recommend effective instructional strategies.
* Review, update, and maintain existing learning materials to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
* Ensure all content aligns with THRIVE's mission, values, and branding standards.
* Proficiency with instructional design tools (e.g., Canva, Articulate 360, Google Workspace, PowerPoint).
* At least 2 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or a related field.
* Ability to create clear, structured, and visually appealing educational content.
* Strong understanding of learning principles and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, etc.).
* Fluency in English.
