Job Overview
The primary goal of this role is to maintain a clean and safe environment within an apartment complex.
* Operate heavy-duty vacuum cleaners to remove debris, dirt, and other refuse from hallways, floors, and stairs.
* Empty waste containers and dispose of trash according to established protocols.
* Clean windows, interior walls, and ceilings to ensure a spotless appearance.
* Maintain heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems by making minor adjustments and repairs; however, major issues will be referred to qualified professionals for resolution.
This caretaker position demands attention to detail and physical stamina to perform routine tasks effectively. Relevant certifications and experience in cleaning, property management, and building operation are highly valued.
