Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
* Process laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and sorting of clothes and linen for residents and sites.
* Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in laundry areas while completing tasks on time.
* Develop positive relationships with residents through effective communication, addressing concerns regarding special clothing items.
* Adhere to established safety guidelines and laundry procedures.
* Conduct routine checks on laundry equipment and supplies, including linen stock levels.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in laundry or cleaning services is desirable but not mandatory.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
* Capacity to follow instructions and work safely without compromising the quality of service.
* Availability for a police check or NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain one).
