We are seeking an inspiring Assistant Centre Manager to join centre in Preston. This is exciting opportunity to build your career with a leading provider in early childhood education.
This exciting position is working on a part time basis - 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday on a rotating roster from 6.30am to 6.30pm.
As the Assistant Centre Manager in a new Niño Early Learning Adventures centre your **key priorities **will be to:
- To provide support to the Centre Manager to ensure the efficient and effective management of the early learning centre.
- To support the Centre Manager to develop and implement programs and partnerships to enhance and support development of Early Years Learning Plans in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Support the Centre Manager to oversee the effectiveness of the centre with regards to the health and well-being of the children and staff, which also includes enhancing the children's educational opportunities through strengthening their social, emotional, intellectual and physical development.
- The role will work closely with other departments (internal & external) and community groups to develop innovative and world class children's and parent education that showcase the importance in lifelong learning for children.
- Where required the role will perform the requirements of Centre Manager's role; whilst also being prepared to perform the duties of a Room Leader or Educator as required for ratio or in relief situations.

- ** Focused **on building positive relationships with your children, families, educators and community; maintaining a positive culture within your centre
- ** Experience** working in the Early Learning sector; preferably including time spent working as an Educator showing progression to more senior roles such as Room Leader, Educational Leader or 2IC roles.
- ** Qualified,** with a Bachelor of Teaching/Education (Early Childhood) or Diploma of Children's Services; a Working with Children's Check; First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates. and hold a Nominated/Certified Supervisor Certificate;
- ** Knowledgeable** with the ability to demonstrate strong leadership qualities, role models appropriate behaviours, acts with integrity and is committed to acting as an advocate for the children, educators and families alike;
- ** Skilled** with a Strong business acumen, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain focus on the overall strategy.
