Production Operator Position

Exciting opportunity for a Production Line Worker to join a large organisation.
We are seeking a Production Line Worker (Mid-Level experience) to operate manufacturing machinery and production equipment in a fast-paced environment.
This role involves manual assembly, machine operation, quality control, and process improvement. Workers are expected to be multiskilled and rotate across 5-6 workstations throughout their shifts. Training will be provided to ensure competency in all required tasks
Quality Assurance
* Conduct regular quality inspections to minimize defects and cost exposures.
* Identify and report non-conforming materials.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization at workstations.
* Ensure all quality control documentation is completed correctly.
Production & Equipment Operation
* Operate manual and automated manufacturing equipment to assemble filtration products according to customer specifications.
* Ensure production meets target cycle times and quality standards.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks and support equipment troubleshooting.
* Rotate between multiple workstations every 2 hours to ensure efficiency and skill development.
Delivery & Workflow
* Work collaboratively with peers, skilled trades, and support staff to maintain operational efficiency.
* Identify and escalate equipment malfunctions that may impact production.
* Help the team meet daily production and delivery targets to keep costs under control.
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
* High school diploma or equivalent secondary education.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
* Comfortable with manual labor, lifting, and repetitive tasks.
Preferred:
* Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations.
* Understanding of production processes in an industrial setting.
* Forklift (FL) license (not mandatory but a bonus).
