About the Role
PLC Sydney is looking for professional and experienced Bus Drivers to join our team on a casual basis. This key role ensures the safe and efficient transportation of students during term time, primarily for morning and afternoon routes.
Responsibilities
* Operate school buses safely and professionally, strictly following all road rules and regulations.
* Transport students to and from school, as well as on excursions and overnight trips.
* Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the buses.
* Adhere to the College's safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Minimum of a Medium Rigid (MR) driver's licence; Heavy Rigid (HR) licence preferred.
* Proven record of safe driving.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
* Prior experience in school bus driving desirable but not essential.
* Bus Driver Authority required.
* Must provide a Working With Children Clearance Number and date of birth.
