Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll have full accountability for the day‐to‐day running of the online department. You'll take pride in contributing to a customer experience that's welcoming and inspiring for our customers, team members and community.

Responsibilities
* Run the online department, ensuring orders are selected and packed by Personal Shoppers.
* Coordinate pick‐up and delivery of click‐and‐collect and concierge orders.
* Meet sales targets, maintain cost control and adequate rostering.
* Ensure visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards are met.
* Coach and develop your team, foster a one‐team culture, and celebrate success.
* Drive customer engagement and continually improve the customer experience.
Qualifications
* Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop a team.
* Ability to take a team approach to meeting sales targets, cost control and rostering needs.
* Customer‐obsessed mindset, continually seeking to better understand diverse customers.
* Strong communication and problem‐solving skills.
* Knowledge of visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management.
