The Communication Specialist will work closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager, Project Managers, Program Management Office staff and SMEs to develop appropriate communications content, strategies, plans and artefacts to be deployed across the program and projects.
You will use your previous communications experience to engage with a diverse group of stakeholders to support the change process, drive progress and ensure the program delivers on its strategy and business objectives.
**Core responsibilities will include**:
- Provide support for the Manager Marketing and Communications to deliver communications to support the successful delivery of the Program
- Facilitate the collection of suitable content from SME's and Project Managers to support communication artifact
- Develop and create communications strategies, plans and artefacts
- Provide communications support across the program and various interrelated projects
- Provide high level skills in writing, editing and proofing reading for the program and projects
- Working closely with a range of stakeholders to understand their point of view and requirements
- Ensuring communications align with project plans, schedules and existing internal communications branding and style
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in communications or similar (preferred)
- Understanding of common Change Management methodologies
**Experience**:
- Similar communications role supporting program or project delivery
- Working with technology-led projects
- Developing and creating communications strategies and plans
- Developing presentations, FAQs, online and other communication artefacts
- Working in commercial environment
- Working with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic and fast moving environment
- Working in a multidisciplinary team environment including with a change manager
- Using a range of software - Microsoft Office, Visio, SharePoint, Adobe suite or similar
